Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PerformPlay, a team-management tool for youth baseball coaches and organizers. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be an adult (18 or older) to create a PerformPlay account. Accounts are intended for coaches, team owners, and other adult organizers managing a youth team — not for use by the minor players themselves.

Acceptable use

• Use PerformPlay only for legitimate team-management purposes.
• Don't attempt to access another owner's team, roster, or account data without authorization.
• Don't use automated tools to abuse the registration, invite, or password-reset systems.
• Only enter player information you have the right and appropriate consent to manage (e.g., as the team's coach or organizer).

Your content

You retain ownership of the roster, team, and game data you enter. You can export a copy of it or delete your account at any time from your Profile page — see our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

Subscription plans

PerformPlay offers subscription tiers with different feature and usage limits. Your plan is assigned by a PerformPlay administrator; if your usage exceeds your plan's limits, we'll notify you and provide a grace period to resolve it before any automatic adjustment occurs.

Service availability

PerformPlay is provided "as is" during this testing/beta period. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product evolves.

Termination

You may stop using PerformPlay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abusive or unauthorized purposes.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PerformPlay after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
